Why don't you look into being a case manager?

My mother works at a not-for-profit organisation as a case manager for elderly and disabled people, helping them stay independent and live a quality life. She visits their homes and assesses what home help they need, applies for funding, organises their medical appointments, encourages them to join social groups, plus more. She has been doing it for several years since she obtained a Bachelor of Social Work. She enjoys it, although she is VERY busy!

I believe most of her co-workers have degrees in social work, psychology or geriatric nursing, but with your qualifications you should look into it!</description>
