What are the strongest products available for aging/beauty?

I want to know a few of the strongest lines, or maybe just one, that ranks as very effective, and is a must have for anyone serious about looking good, and preventing aging?

Or, is the answer plastic surgery/botox? lol.

    My aunt use SK 2 and the wrinkle gone in just few weeks. Btw the product is very famous in Asia and I don’t think you hear about it before.

    there are moisturizers that maintain and stretch out wrinkles, but not that effective as botox. oil of olay and nivea are some of the popular aging moisturizers.

    Yahoo! Health had a good article about this. I suggest reading it before you buy anything and potentially waste your money.

    Retin-A or Differin gel @ night.

    SPF 15 or 30 everyday. UV rays = #1 cause of signs of aging.
