My father left with small land in my sister brother name?

My father and mother passed away 5 years back. My father left 20 cents of land in our home town which splitted in to two portion documented in my elder sister brother name to take care of the land and divde equally to every one in the family after his death..
Now
My sister sister in law objecting to portion it to us.

Do we have a rights to fight for this property. If yes, How to claim it.
