Is this a good way to take care of my hair?
i have black girl’s hair, very ***** and dry at times
my mom used to braid my hair and when she braided it, i would only wash it when the braids came out cus that’s what she told me to do. i would oil it once a week with Blue magic Conditioner. then when the braids came out, my mom decided to perm it. after perming it, maybe a month later, she put the braids back in and when i took the braids out, my hair broke a lot and it would keep breaking. so eventually i got most of it cut off into almost a pixie look.
now my mom moved out and i’m taking care of my hair on my own and i was wondering if this routine would be a nice way of taking care of my hair:
On mondays i use the blue magic hair oil conditioner
Wednesdays i wash my hair and use this yellow oil with a lot of natural ingredients
and saturdays, i use olive oil for treatment and wash my hair after and use the yellow oil again ( Light and natural Indian Hemp Hair and Scalp Treatment )
on Sundays i use a leave in deep conditioner that gives protein.
When i wash my hair, i use tresemme shampoo and condition, both have aloe vera and avocado.
Every morning i massage my head for 2 minutes and at night for 2 minutes.
is this a good way to help my hair grow back? what else would you recommend me to do?
i did a lot of research on my hair type and i want to believe i’m doing the right thing to help it grow.
i Realy dont want it to break again

A great way to moisturize and strengthen hair is to use coconut oil. Coconut oil thickens the cuticle and prevents protein loss, making your hair stronger. If you’re having a problem with breakage, I would definitely give it a try. You can find it at health food stores, grocery stores, etc. Make sure you get organic, unrefined, virgin coconut oil. Hopefully this helps
