7 years should be no problem, if he likes you and you don`t look your age, I don`t think he`ll care one bit, sounds like you`d be really good for each other, GOOD LUCK and God Bless

The generally accepted rule of thumb is 10 years difference is the max, but even that has been successfully exceeded.
7 Years, as the answerer said above, should be no problem.
If he’s that great, he should be able to handle it. Finding the right person is much more important than a few years of chronological age difference.
Be considerate of him. Don’t wait until he makes the long trip. Tell him now. Are you taking a chance? Yes. But you will have to fess up eventually anyway.
