How can I look fabulous in old age?

I’m a 23 year old female. I’m told I look about 18. I’m scared of looking old. I don’t smoke, drink, tan or eat tons of junk food everyday. How can I age amazingly well (please keep in mind I’m not an heiress and can’t get weekly facials, etc)? Thank you
I think I’m afraid of aging because men tend to leave women who look old.

you can eat well, dont smoke and keep hydrated. oh, and dont tan.
but most of your aging is decided by genetics.

wear suncream every day, maybe a lighter one like clinique or any suncream that says its for everyday use; wearing suncream every day protects you from a lot of potential sun damage that you’ll see when u hit ur mid thirties, also have a skincare routine day and night, cetaphil and olay are the very best- my aunt has used olay since she was 30 but smoked and drank and all the other things but shes 50 now and her skin looks really good (its not genetics my mum has aged not so well)
the main thing is to be happy and not take drugs, drink at least 6 glasses of water a day, take regular exercise and be in a healthy weight
and don’t forget that aging is natural, and inevitable, and there is no wrinkle cream in the world that can erase wrinkles

…I’ve found that the older women who look FAB tend to be those with self-confidence, and still can carry themselves with an air of youth.
Everyone ages, the best way to get over this is to just be comfortable with yourself, and continue to take care of your body.

Just do exactly as you are doing now, Don’t worry about it, you can only do so much. Drink plenty of water, eat right, stay out of the sun, no stress, no drugs, use the right ****** products. Also you have to understand that some ageing is determined by heredity.

Stay disiplined. Eat a health balanced diet. Learn about strees so you avoid it. Stop being scared love every moment of you life. We create what we fear but we also create what we think about so think positive. Drink a lot of water everyday. I splash it on my face everytime I go to the bathroom as a moisterizer. Spend you time doing what you love. Exercise. Don’t overdo it but make sure your circulation is good all the time. Make sure laughter love are apart of you daily routine. I read spiritual books their are affirmations about smoothness rather than wrinkles, etc.
