It’s common knowledge white over 40’s didn’t vote due to complacency and the fact that neither candidate suited them.
A lesson learnt is that in 2012 it will be a different story and all people will vote and a true president will be elected.

First, the healthcare bill does not provide any free care for illegal immigrants.
Here is section 246 of the bill:
SEC. 246. NO FEDERAL PAYMENT FOR UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS.
Nothing in this subtitle shall allow Federal payments for affordability credits on behalf of individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States.
Second, the bill does not reduce care for the elderly or provide death counseling or euthanasia. What it provides is VOLUNTARY counseling about hospices every FIVE YEARS, to those who want it.
You’re just misrepresenting the bill.

It’s easier to give illegal aliens residency and the right to vote in exchange for their vote than it is to solicit a vote from someone who may not be a long-term voter in the future.

people are having fewer babies now so there will be fewer old people in the very near future. hispanics being the fastest growing segment in our society will replace this large voting block. it’s all about staying in power not about what’s right for this country

see, the thing is this… elderly nuts like me, learned to get our info from actually reading and not from youtube. We have this nastly habit of finding information to validate.

I guess they assume the elderly will be a dwindling voter demographic especially after they cut medicare and limit the procedures offered to them. Obama doesn’t consider them to be productive citizens.

I could join in and say that with the new health plan the Dem’s will not let the elderly live long enough to Vote but that is Obama wish. The truth is that everyone is talking about a bill that has not been written yet. There are three or four floating around DC but on one has read any of them so were are you people getting your information.
You say AARP is behind the health plan. That is true but it is because Obama will allow them to sale insurance if they back him which means that AARP is not only willing to let their members die, they want to take all their money frist
