Has anyone heard that we stop aging at a certain age and our bodies stop deteriorating?

I’ve heard that at a certain point we stop aging, and that most people past the age of 90 or 100 don’t die of old age anymore, usually cancer or something else. How do you die of old age anyway? What does that mean? I’ve heard of people dying of a heart attack or something fails, but what is meant by “died of old age”?

isn’t dying of old age when one of your organs fail? Usually the lungs or something and you stop breathing.
And people are always aging, basically the minute we are born we start going off, a bit like food, but at a much slower rate.

My Dad used to tell me he wanted to die from old age, but I’ve never seen evidence of that.

I don’t want to die, I want to be raptured while preaching about the second coming of Jesus!
