Although I have a bf and also a close gf , I have still not yet developed trust in anyone?

I do not have very loving and caring parents and my elder sister is least bothered about me. I am becoming very emotional every day and want to become emotionally dependent on someone but not finding anyone too trustworthy. Do other girls of my age find similar issues ? Why this tendency to cling on to someone emotionally ?

    i feel the same way.
    I lost my father in a house fire last year, he was the only one i was close to.

    since then my mother and her bf ignore me and my sister steals my stuff.
    i have one best friend, we have been besties for 11 years and i have a bf who i have been going out with for 18 going on 19 months.

    i cant seem to find anyone to rely on because i guess i feel like if i rely on someone again they will get taken away from me.

    i hope you start to feel better, its not a nice situation.

    it is normal that people look for somebody to have emotional relationship. we all look for atleast one person in life for this. We will eventually find somebody with whom we can share our innermost feelings whom we can trust in life and who will stay as friend for ever. it can be a girl or boy or even spouse.
