    Yes! Most definitely.
Hypertension is a cause of a premature placenta. The low fluid is caused because the placenta isn’t working as efficiently as it used to.

i am hoping they are planning on delivering you early? my sister went to 40 weeks with one of her babies, they discovered that a portion of the placenta had calicfied so badly it resembled sand in places. scary stuff

hypertension can hinder blood flow to organs, including the placenta. this can result in early detachment of the placenta. it could possibly be leading to it aging quickly, too. i am not sure about the low amniotic fluid. has your doctor talked to you about putting you on steroids to mature the lungs quickly? has he put you on bedrest? you may be more at risk of premature delivery. take care of yourself and good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.
