What kind of discounts are available for senior citizens?

Join AARP. They will give you that inormation, and as a member, you do get discounts.

You can get a sen coffee or coke for 54 cents at McDonald’s that’s about the best i can do for you.

Have your father ask for the senior discount wherever and whenever he buys something. They can only say no.
Example:
I was in my local home improvement store (Do-it Center) and the checker whispered to me to ask for the 5% senior discount that they offer, but do not advertise. 5% has added up over the couple of years I’ve gone there.
Check with your community senior center. I took a $10 senior drivers lecture and my car insurance company lowered my premium by over a hundred dollars.
The center has senior advocates that can be a great source of info.

Instead of wondering WHO gave the Sr. discounts, I just assume everybody does and act accordingly.
Whenever I buy anything, I ask for the Senior discount. You will be very surprised to find out that most stores will give it to you–if you ask.
