I’d have to guess that a 30 year mortgage might be irrelevant!

Anything that impacts our economy or way of life after 2025 will probably be irrelevant to me. I will be in my mid-eighties by that time if I survive that long. If I am rich or poor by that time I probably won’t care all that much. Current issues that are not relevant to me are few and far between as long as I am a functioning member of the society in which I live.

I know this is going to sound crazy but, I don’t worry about anything. Truly nothing. I enjoy my days as they are and enjoy doing all the things I like to do. My children are grown and when they tell you , you never have to worry about them and tell you they can take care of themselves it changes things for you. Now you sit back and enjoy life little gifts that come your way.
