What are some examples of these responsibilities women are supposedly shirking?

I’m waiting with bated breath to hear about all these responsibilities that women don’t have…you know…the women who overwhelmingly work outside the house, have less leisure time than men, do the majority of household chores, child care and elder care.
Aside from THOSE responsibilities (sounds like a Monty Python skit), where’s the shirking?
