Is there any free medicare for senior citizens who are green card holders in Kansas City?

My friends in laws who are 72 and 65 are green card holders. their son can not afford to to buy any medicare insurance for them, nor he can pay medical bills in case his in laws fall sick and needs treatment . is there any free medicare cover for such senior citizens in Kansas City?

    He needs to contact Social Services in his area. They might qualify. He could contact some benevolent churches.

    Depends on why they came to the US and how long they’ve been here. Different rules for refugees and immigrants. It might be possible. If nothing else they would qualify for Medicaid. Talk to Social Security and the Dept of Health and Family Services.

    Perhaps there is in their own country. I personally don’t feel that I should be paying for their medication through my taxes.
