Is there a cheaper airline ticket for a 3 year old child? How about senior citizens?

It’s just about impossible to talk to a live UA reservation customer rep, but I want to know if there cheaper fares for young children, or are they charged the same rate as adult? Same question for senior citizens. Thanks!

    UA does not give discounts to any age groups. If you occupy a seat, you pay the price.

    There are no discounts for young children or senior citizens.

    What the good doctor said - most airlines do not have rates based on the age of a passenger…..
