If low income senior citizens savings are destroyed then how can they destroy the politicians?
logicmarty asked:
Shouldn’t the politicians who pass a health bill that destroys low income citizens savings and forces them to loose their homes be destroyed too? How? (Not by voting)

its easy, don’t participate.
This is by far the best method of protest.
Why did Bush encourage everyone to go out and shop after 911?
They only have power over you if you participate.
DON’T SPEND ANY MONEY ON ANYTHING FOR AS LONG AS YOU CAN,…
DON’T SWITCH ON THE T.V.
DON’T VOTE
DO NOTHING AND THE HOUSE OF CARDS WILL FALL.

Sorry. You are rejecting the only available ( legal ) means of punishing them. There are elections next year. Voting them into unemployment is one good way. Humiliating them publicly during the campaign, for their stupid actions in office, will help make it harder for the morons to find a job when they are out on the street again.

Senior citizens savings are destroyed all the time, when seniors get long term illnesses. What Medicare covers is limited, and then seniors spend down to $2000 before Medicaid pays anything. If they keep their house, that is sold after they die to pay Medicaid back.
Taking more money from Medicare will make that happen sooner. Putting so much money into prescription drugs under Medicare Part D also made it happen sooner, because that money could have been better used for more serious cases.
People have just got to realize that if they are old and get really sick they won’t have anything left. At least under the way our health care delivery system is structured now.
