What are those wrinkles on your chin called?

My friend randomly asked me this and she “clenched” or tightened her chin, pointing at mini little bumps.

I don’t know how to explain this. It’s the wrinkles you get on your chin when you try to reach your nose with your lower lip.

Yeah, how does that happen?

    It’s the contraction of the mentalis muscle that causes the chin to dimple. Here see the link:
