Take the knee....if the meniscus is worn down this causes and instability in the fibula...outside bone of the lower leg....which can cause more damage to the meniscus and can end in osteoarthritis, which can cause alot of pain and guarding which affects the hip and spine, neck, shoulders.....to avoid pain people compensate which could show slower movement to get around.</description>
