He is now threatening to sue me - is this possible?

It’s rude and impolite, but I can’t see the case having merit unless the flatulence was so vile and offensive it caused him bodily harm.
Let the old geezer try and sue you.

You can sue for whatever you want…..just doesn’t mean he’ll win! Let him waste his money on an attorney

I am sure he can find some scumbag lawyer that would take the case just to take his money, but I don’t see that holding up in court. If he does, maybe I could take my boyfriend to court to make him stop ******* on me, lol.

OMG what a small world! Mr. Lichman is my uncle so since it was obviously an accident I will see if I can get the old geezer …… OOps I mean dear uncle ……… to um settle out of court. You would of course need to pay in cash and give it directly to me …… I will see that he gets it!!

You’re right it’s a small world missy. Mr. Lichman is MY husband. I’m onto you two and we WILL see you in court!
P.S. Are you opposed to settling this on a court tv program? If so, which one?
