can Canadian citizens of 65 years old get old age security in any country?

Mamoon asked:

My grandmother is 65 and is a canadian citizen. She is currently receiving old age security and other senior benefits. If she permanently moves to another country, can she receive the same benefits over there?

If she has lived in Canada for a minimum of 20 full years as an adult and qualified to receive the Old Age Security benefits, she is able to receive the Old Age Security benefits in most other countries. She can also receive the CPP or QPP ouside of Canada too.
